We have hired out the Harper Adams University Campus and facilities for our very special 75th Anniversary National Rally

So get yourselves booked in before all the Rooms have gone - we are opening the Room bookings to our invited traders and some select other Motorcycle Clubs as we think this event should be shared with a lot of people *BUT* that means the Rooms will go fast.

Pricing

The following pricing applies:

• Rooms
  • All Rooms are single occupancy with adult-size bed and ensuite facilities
  • £110 pppn (£115 pppn for invited clubs)
  • Half-board (so Dinner, bed and breakfast included)
• Camping / Motorhomes:
  • Each pitch
    • Tent: £18 pn (£23 pn for invited clubs)
    • Campervan/motorhome: £20 pn (£25 pn for invited clubs)
  • Each extra person sharing that "pitch" £5 pn
  • This DOES NOT include any meals (you are permitted to cook for yourselves on your pitch but have the option to pre-pay for meals in the restaurant as below):
    • Breakfasts £18 pp per meal
    • Dinner £32 pp per meal
    * MEALS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED *
• Day visitors (and people staying off-site):
  • A small £5 charge for visiting the site if you live locally or want to stay in a nearby hotel AND
  • Meals must be pre-booked at the prices shown for Campers.
• Merchandise (please note MUST be collected at the rally):
  • Polo shirts, a range of colours and sizes all with the rally logo on the left breast, £18
  • T-shirts, a range of colours and sizes all with the rally logo on the left breast, £12
  • Beanie hats, one size fits all, a range of colours all with the rally logo, £10
  • Baseball caps, one (adjustable) size fits all, a range of colours, all with the rally logo, £10
  • Rally Mug, white with the rally logo on it, £10

As usual you can download the booking form, fill it in (either using your computer or printing it and filling it in with a pen).

There are seperate forms for BMW Club members who are camping, BMW Club members booking Rooms, Invited Traders & Members of Invited Clubs.

Online Booking

As this is such a special occaision we are trialling an online booking system so fill in the form below to make your reservation, indicate your preferences for food and merchandise and then go on to pay.

Please note that this system currently does not support online payments directly - you will have to submit all the information below and you will get an email confirming your reservation. You must then pay the amount given in that email using Bank Transfer or Payment Card (details of how will be in the email).
